Xiaomi Motors started its first delivery on April 3, and delivered 7,058 vehicles in April. Now, only two months after its delivery, it has achieved a delivery record of over 10,000 vehicles.
In addition, in order to speed up the delivery progress, the Xiaomi SU7 Pro version started delivery in Beijing on May 18, 12 days ahead of the original plan.
Xiaomi Motors said that the popularity of Xiaomi SU7 is indeed far beyond expectations. The original annual production (less than 80,000 vehicles) has been sold out, but after intensive production capacity increase, Xiaomi has raised this year's delivery target to 100,000 vehicles, and the sprint target is 120,000 vehicles.
In addition, the Xiaomi Motors factory has started double-shift production in June, and the delivery capacity has also increased accordingly.
In terms of battery supply, the Xiaomi SU7 standard version has added batteries from CATL in addition to the previous Fudi batteries.
The Xiaomi Motors APP shows that the current Xiaomi SU7 Pro version is now placed for order, and the expected delivery date is 26-29 weeks later. Xiaomi Motors has a considerable amount of orders on hand.
